Counselling Service
The counseling service at Nasr is a supportive haven for students, offering professional guidance and emotional support. Trained counselors provide a safe space for students to discuss academic challenges, social concerns, and personal issues. They offer personalized assistance, helping students navigate through stress, anxiety, and peer pressures while fostering resilience and mental well-being. Through confidential sessions and proactive interventions, the counseling service equips students with coping strategies, emotional intelligence, and a deeper self-understanding, ensuring their holistic development and success in both academic and personal spheres.
Counselling is provided to the students in the following modes:
Individual or one-on-one
Group sessions in the classrooms
Students are referred to the sessions by:
Self referral
Recommended by teachers or parents

Enhancing self-image
Career counselling
Bettering academic performance
Informal assessment of slow learners and children with learning disabilities; followed by Psycho education session for parents and referring to special educators, based on need
Teaching behavioural management techniques to parents, children and teachers
Life skills - healthy habits; time management; making friends; peer pressure management; empathy; overcoming stage fear; good touch - bad touch; Self-awareness; Anger management
